These terms are the agreement between you and [Company name] when you use ADHDictate. We've kept them as plain as we can.
Using ADHDictate
You can use ADHDictate for your own personal use. Please don't misuse it, try to break it, or use it to break the law. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies.
Not medical advice
ADHDictate is an organisational tool. It isn't a medical device and it doesn't give medical advice.
Free and Plus
Free includes 3 new tasks a day. ADHDictate Plus includes unlimited tasks, longer recordings and sync across your devices, for $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, or the equivalent price in your local App Store.
Subscriptions and free trials
- Plus is sold through the App Store and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you won't be charged.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone settings at any time.
Refunds
Apple handles payments and refunds. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
Your recordings and tasks belong to you. You give us permission to process them only to run ADHDictate for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Keeping things running
We work hard to keep ADHDictate available and working well, but we can't promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending things
You can stop using ADHDictate at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken.
Changes and governing law
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top and tell you in the app if the change is significant. These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales].
